Refund policy

Shipping & Delivery (online orders)

  • All orders ship within 2–5 business days with tracking.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Wieder Wieder is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

 Customs & Duties (international orders)

  • Wieder Wieder is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs added upon delivery.
  • If you do not claim or pay for your package at customs, it will be abandoned. We cannot replace, refund, or retrieve abandoned orders.
  • If a package is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment for a fee.

 Returns & Exchanges

  • Online orders: At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on secondhand items purchased online.
  • For Studio Pickup: We offer a 3-day exchange policy (no refunds). Exchanges are valid for another item or store credit, provided the item is returned in the same condition as purchased.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged piece, or if something significantly differs from the description, contact us immediately at hey@wieder-wieder.eu We will review your case in accordance with consumer protection law.
