These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website Wieder-wieder.eu (the “Site”) and any purchases from Wieder Wieder (“Wieder Wieder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

  • Wieder Wieder sells secondhand and vintage items, which are unique and often one of a kind.
  • We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately; however, slight variations in color, texture, and condition may occur.
  • Once a product is sold, it is generally not restocked.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Wieder Wieder does not store payment card details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped within 2–5 business days with tracked delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Wieder Wieder is not liable for delays, losses, or damages during transit. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Online purchases: At this time, Wieder Wieder cannot accept returns or exchanges for secondhand items purchased online.
  • In-Studio Pickup: We offer a 3-day exchange policy (no refunds), valid for store credit or another item, provided the item is returned in the same condition.

6. Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being abandoned. Wieder Wieder is not responsible for refunds or reshipment in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Wieder Wieder or used with permission.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Wieder Wieder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchased products, except as required by law.
  • Our liability shall never exceed the total amount of your purchase.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with German law.
  • Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Germany.
