Processing & Handling
- All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- All packages are shipped with tracked delivery.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination; delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Once an order has been shipped, Wieder Wieder is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages while in transit.
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for claims. We will, however, support you in resolving issues whenever possible.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs upon arrival in the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
- If a package is refused or not collected due to unpaid customs fees, it will be abandoned by customs. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
- If a package is returned to us, we may arrange a reshipment for an additional shipping fee.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Wieder Wieder is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In-Studio Pickup (if applicable)
Local customers may have the option of free in-studio pickup at our Berlin location. Details will be provided at checkout when available or contact us via hey@wieder-wieder.eu
